14 Jan 2022 - As a total surprise, due to Erik van Loon's positive Corona test, I got the chance to take over his car at the last minute. Leaving my family behind at a holiday destination and heading to Saudi Arabia to drive the toughest rally in the world without any preparation.

28 Dec 2021 - Just before the Dakar of 2022, Erik van Loon received a positive COVID result. Due to this result, a seat became available at Overdrive Racing which could be filled in by Bernhard at the very last minute.

7 Nov 2020 - There was a clear target for Ten Brinke in Portugal; finish this weekend in front of the other title-contender for the championship. With a 3rd place finish, Ten Brinke is happy with the outcome of this prologue. Due to the result, they were able to decide the starting position for the special stage.

9 Oct 2020 - There were 170km sceduled for the stage of today in South-Spain. After 39km Ten Brinke felt vibration in the car. At the half of the stage Ten Brinke and his co-driver Colsoul decided to return to the bivaque so they could protect the material for more damage.
